            |  | CRT was founded in 2007 by Dr. James Neel and Dr. Jeff Reed to commercialize cognitive radio research out of Virginia Tech. Key focus areas for CRT include
 wireless network optimization and management, automated interoperability for
 public safety systems, the analysis and design of distributed radio resource
 management algorithms, and SDR and DSP development and implementation.

| CRT operates out of the Business Development Centre (BDC) in Lynchburg, Virginia. The BDC is conveniently
 located in Lynchburg and lies within a ten minute driving
 distance of the Lynchburg Regional Airport and the
 Lynchburg Amtrak station and is a three-hour drive down
 US-29 from Washington DC.
